Evapo-Rust is amazing. After soaking the die for 2 days with it agitating occasionally, heat the die in boiling water. Remove it from the water just long enough for it to dry and then put it in a tub of ATF or light oil. It should come apart easily if not completely locked up. Polish the parts with fine steel wool and degrease. Should be good. Evapo-Rust, btw, is completely nontoxic.

Im not having a problem figuring out how to get the die apart, because it doesnt come apart. http://www.hornady.com/store/America...es-Pistol-Dies Here is a picture of it. I havent done anything yet. I'll probably try to remove the offending rust with some scotchbrite and solvent. I might try kroil, or evaporust. I've never tried either. If I can devise a way to spin the die, without having the equipment to do so, That'll be the easiest thing.

I finally soaked the die in remoil and worked some scotchbrite pad up in there and cleaned it up real good. Used it a while, and she works like a charm.

Leave set in a solution of water and citric acid, which is available cheap at a hobby store like Hobby Lobby. A day or two will remove all the rust.
