    Pacific Super vs Big C

    Not a lot is known about the big C. Pacific did a poor job of marketing it. Near as I can tell it was around between 1953 and 1959/60. There are shellholders for it marked Pacific though they are scarce. Herter's shellholders will fit and work with the primer arm. Lachmiller will fit but not work with the primer arm. Upstroke only, handles removed clarity.

    Pressman, I notice that there are 2 holes down at the hinge pin on the lower part of the press. Why? Did the press use 2 different ram lengths for rifle and pistol or ?. james

    Changing holes shortens the stroke for swaging.
