    It is a reconditioner for paper hulls. It heats up the paper and gently melts the wax for forming.

    Awesome find!! A friend of mine that shoots a BUNCH of trap has had one of these for years. I have a few newer Forster loading tools and they are definitely top notch! One of my favorites is the trimmer
