    I fought with the town maintenance guy for years about dumping all the snow on my side of the road instead of the other side which is a horse pasture with the fence 15 feet back from the edge of the road. Finally got him making 2 passes to that side before opening my side last. Besides burying my driveway and mailbox it also created a 6 foot high wall of snow that made the road drift shut during the northwest winds we get during and after a snowstorm. Now if it gets windy the road maybe gets a 2' drift instead of a 6' drift that closes it.

    Had one major blizzard last winter...plows did not come out however...our biggest fear is that they might knockover our lemon tree..
