    CH Auto Champ Mark 111

Does anyone know where I can get any instructions on assembly and dissembly of the CH auto champ mark 111? I've looked everywhere I can think of.

If you run into a problem I have the manual for the Mark III and can email you a copy.

I still believe that the new company CH4 supports them as best they can. They have NOS parts at my last account. My friend obtained a used one and got it up and running with NOS parts. That was about 2 years ago.

Dave does what he can to support the old CH stuff. From what he told me as he was looking for something he has a room of parts and pieces - no guarantees that any thing will be there but who knows what is. We talked for probably half an hour on the phone while he was looking.

Isn't that related to the Green Machine? It wasn't until I was buying old Handloader Digests that I found out they actually made straight line presses for the home peeps.

For a $100, it would be kool to mess around with; but guys like Seasquirt have run the price up to $500,000!!!! LOL

The CH is similar to the Green Machine but less problematic from what I've heard. I have two, a MarkIII and a 5a. They are very dependable machines IMO. I've loaded on the MarkIII since the 70's and picked up the 5a around 2000. The 5a is easier due to the primer feed location so it gets the bulk of the work now on my .38 and .357 loads. The MarkIII is set up for .380 and .45acp which I only shoot occasionally.
