lee 375 H&H collet die for 375 winchester

I have tried the 30-30 fire forming and using 38-55 brass for jacket bullets but the case walls seem to be too thin. Will a lee 375 H&H collet die squeeze the upper part of the brass correctly to hold a jacketed bullet?

I ordered the Lee 379-250 die along with a lee 377 sizing die but I just wanted to figure out how to load jacketed until the day someone actually makes 375 win brass again.

    THanks

Lee Collet neck size die work off of case length.
    375 H&H is 2.850
    375 win is 2.020

Maybe...just maybe, the H&H die could be modified to work with the win?

You could pull the 375 H&H collet and mandrel out and shorten both to work in a shorter 30-30 collet die body or perhaps another such as a .308W(?). Would lose the deprime function but cases could easily be deprimed with Lee deprime die.

I didn't think about the case length, I will just wait for someone to actually produce new 375wn brass or just forget about loading jacketed bullets. thanks for the info.
