i bought this rifle last year. wanted to see if i am the fancy single shot kind of guy. i would rather stick to my contenders. that said i bought this rifle needing a bit of tuning. the scope base was a aluminum weaver that was improperly installed. i bought a one piece leupold base and redrilled the mount to fit the existing holes in the barrel. it fits well but not perfectly. that got the rifle on the target. i dug out a nice leupold 6-20 fine cross hair target dot for it and put it all together.the numbers dont match in the internals and took a little tuning to get it to eject well. i bought it and was told it was 219 zipper. that was an interesting day at the range. someone reamed it to improved and did not mark the barrel. i had to find dies which wasnt the easiest but i did. i have taken it out and shot it a couple of times but not enough to work up a load. i like the rifle but am planning my first real vacation and could take a longer one if i sold the rifle so i am putting it out there. i am not opposed to horse trading but would prefer a sale. i will pay shipping. it comes from an individual. if you need my ffl to ship it you pay the fee.
it comes complete with dies including form dies and the scope. i will sell the rifle without the scope.
it is not a perfect example but it is nice. its the only cadet i have ever owned. rifle is in ohio
