New addition to display

After reading Mr. Boddingtons article in the March Rifleman about the .400 H&H cartridge I decided to make up a dummy of it for my African calibers display. I simply ran a .375 H&H case into my .416 Taylor decap/expander die then a slight flaring of the case mouth then I seated a .416" Hornady 400 gr. SP. I must say that it is an impressive looking round, even if it is a dummy. It looks great among the other H&H dummy rounds I have along with other big bore rounds in the display.Robert

I wish that I could, but as I have said before `I am computer stoopid` about doing such tasks. At present I have 30+/- rounds including a .600 Nitro xpress and a projectile from a .700 Nitro. I keep a .30-06 round with them for comparison. In almost all cases it is like comparing a VW Beetle to a Mack truck!Robert

Cool, I enjoyed that article too. That Dakota rifle was really accurate. Not sure I'd want to shoot it though, we'll maybe a couple times The biggest case in my collection is 375 RUM so far.
