I hit the first link that the OP posted - my screen came up blank and in the address line had a padlock which I assume shows that the link is locked?
I hit the second link and it stated that the petition was closed due to not having enough signatures?

How much time does a "petition" get to amass the requisite number of sigs.? It seems that in order to get enuff signatures more folks need to be aware of it's being put out.

They don't need a petition to stop it....All the president has to do is counter act it
with another order....I don't sign petitions of any sort... just another way to get your
e-mail on more lists.
