I would have to agree. I have seen these in steel and they are definitely heaver than standard handles. My weight variation running handgun bullets from a 4 cavity brass molds is typically well under one half grain. Unless there is some physical need, for me I can't see using anything that slows down the process or adds more weight.
I have an older pair sold by Buffalo Arms, I use them for BPCR single cavity molds and they are super with Accurate brass molds,I like them and use them for any mold I can fit them to.
The traditional mold handles work just fine for me.
