    I had no idea! I just assumed they came frozen in a bag from the distribution center.

    No, they would break up badly when shipped. I would have my OR girl also do the shrimp and fish I would catch, kept a couple of boxes frozen for the people that worked for me. Theft went down to 1% from about 15%. LOL kept me fishing every night.

    Bad News.
    Many of the bunkers used to store onions in eastern Oregon collapsed due to heavy snow load.
    Prices are going up....dale
