JP Sauer 357 barrel thread specs?

I have a Sauer and sohn 357 I have toyed with the idea of making into a 38-40 or a 40 SW.

I presume the barrel threads are metric but can't find any info on the internet. May have to break it down just to see.

Does anyone know off the top of their head?
Some people live and learn but I mostly just live

the screw threads for everything else on them is imperial, so my guess is the barrel is too.
    Casting for .38 spec, .44 spec/mag, .45 Colt, 38-55, 45-70 and .50ML.... and the boy's slingshot.
Shake'n'bake powder coating is amazing. Thank you to the guys that developed and shared the process.
