    A while ago my buddy moved to Texas and he cleaned house of the things he didn’t want to lug around. And for 35 years I always wanted a small lathe like he had, well before he moved asked if I was interested in his Atlas 618 lathe. (Well gee let me think) hell Ya, nice small lathe came with a 3 jaw chuck, 4 jaw chuck a set of collets which are great for small stuff and a bunch of other accessories. Built a base cabinet with wheels and have done so many things on that little lathe. Truly a nice tool!!
    And this small lathe has some weight to it steel and cast steel. This thing will out last me!!!!
