AS/2 SIZER (Several members asked me to repost this... So here it is..)

AS/2 Auto Sizer - Gattling Mag Sizer feeder - Rifle Cast Mod for AS/2

    AS/2.
Sizing of casts must be one of the most boring, tedious jobs associated with reloading.
The AS/2 unit was born to try and rectify that problem. Originally designed for pistol casts, it now has the ability to handle Rifle casts up to the length of 308/240gn.

The AS/2 comes with 3 sized slides, small ~32Cal, Medium 36-38/9mm, and large 40-50SW.
The optional RM (rifle mod) allows any length cast .588 to 1.340 inclusive.

The AS/2 uses a Lee Challenger Press #90588 (not included) That only costs $65 or less.

In its standard form the AS/2 will take 25 casts in the feed tube (9mm for example) and size very quickly. Using the quick change feature of the Lee, it is possible to run a lot of casts through for several calibres.
For those who like running larger quantities of cast, a Gattling Mag was designed to compliment the AS/2.

    Gattling Magazine.
The GM unit holds 250 9mm casts and is designed to sit on the top of the AS/2. It allows a high volume throughput of cast sizing. The GM has 8 feeding tubes.
Unlike other feeders on the market, you do NOT need to buy a GM per calibre!. The GM comes with two sets of inserts that allow calibre changes in seconds. In fact it is possible to load a mixture of 45acp and 38sp or 9mm or any other combination that suits your tastes. Simple swapping of Slides is done in seconds, and again with the lee quick change die system, you can change from one to another in around 30 seconds.

    RM.

The Rifle Mod kit is a small simple addition that will allow long casts to function in the AS/2 unit. You can either build these yourself, or for a few bucks we can supply a kit ready made for you.

This unit was originally designed for my own use, I am not a huge business, just a old guy that enjoys his shooting hobby. There are now over 14 of these in use by members of cast
boolits. I build them in batches of 4-5. The reason this post is in Group Buys.

Here are the links to Videos on YouTube that show each of the above items in use, and more info.

    GM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0HBosRviGI
    RM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0HBosRviGI

As of the date on this post the prices are as follows:- AS/2 $280, GM $198, RM $30.
Freight for the AS/2 to anywhere in the US is $147, GM $89 and RM $8.

Thank you for taking the time to read down to this point.
    Mike.

Pretty sure they are intended to be put to use by folks that are coating but you could always use alox lube.

If you wanted to wax lube a better choice might be a bullet fed, heated base, air fed, star would only jump you to $688 (without dies/punch), unless you wanted the collator too, then your at $1728.

Makes the AS/2 look like a deal for PC/Hi-Tek users.

I been using HiTec coating for just on 4 years now.
The thought of used tyres, transmission oil, ky jelly, beeswax and other stuff never has appealed to me.

Unless you are selling it for that price, I'm not sure how that helps anyone.

Let me know how you go with the bullet feeder...

To be honest I havent found one yet that is 100% reliable with nose down orientation, or base down for that matter!
Jacketed projectiles are more reliable, but casts not so much.
Thats the main reason i made the GM units, 250 9mm and you are g/teed each one is nose down.
