    Lyman 44 four banger

    Hi Folks,

One of my favorite molds was obtained in a trade. The accuracy of the 240 grain, round groove, Keith bullets is outstanding. It does not have a mold number. I suspect it is the classic # 429421, but it doesn't say. On both sides, above the handles it says "LYMAN" and below it says "428."

    What do I have?

    Thanks, Tom

Lunchbox special? Sounds like it somehow slipped getting the cherry number stamped after being cut.

I have a 358 rnfp mold without the numbers on it too.
I have to look at my lyman chart from cast pics every time I want to remember what it is.

    Pictures would help.

I give loading advice based on my actual results in factory rifles with standard chambers, twist rates and basic accurizing.
My goals for using cast boolits are lots of good, cheap, and reasonably accurate shooting, while avoiding overly tedious loading processes.
