I saw a 8lb can of H110 with a label that I was curious about. It's a very simple black and white label, didn't look retail. Very basic, no lot number info or anything. The molded date code on the bottom of the jug indicates 2010. It's full, looks and smells exactly like H110 should, so I have no reason to suspect anything hinky other than the label unlike what I'm used to. Industrial label maybe?
Looks like a typical surplus powder label but I have no idea if 110 is sold bulk or surplus.....

W/ H110 being as sensitive as it is I would want want confirmation before loading it. There has been surplus available. But I don't remember if it was actual H110 or an equivalent where you were supposed to use H110 data.
The date molded in the jug was when the jug was made. So it's of no consequence.
That looks like some I have seen before. In the early 90s there were a couple of re-sellers that were buying 55 gallon drums from Hodgdon and repackaging it in 4 and 8 lbs containers. May very well be commercial H110 that was repacked by a retailer.

I believe Wiljen is correct. Although I wouldn't bet a large sum on my memory, I seem to recall seeing similar packages for sale at a gun show in AZ though I think the ones I saw were at an earlier date. IIRC, they were priced about 10% lower than Hodgdon's.
