    Question Nose Sizing Dies...

What are they and who makes them and how do they work?...

I need one, maybe, to size the nose of my NOE 311-202-RN down a couple of thousandths...

    Thanks...BCB

I would get a Star die in the size of the bore riding portion and set it up so it enters the die nose first and only part way, which is adjustable.

I believe that the NOE push through sizer can be set up to just size the nose. With his system, you only have to buy one size die body that screws into your press, then you buy just the nose size or body size bushings you want in the size you want. You will also have to buy the push rod for each caliber you choose to set up with.

Well, since that is where I purchased the mold, maybe an e-mail to him might help solve the problem...

    Thanks...BCB
