Both of the yellows gave really good coverage. Knowing that many yellow powders don't I was surprised to see how well these did.

That is the best yellow coverage I have seen. The red looks great.

Were those dry tumbled or sprayed? I am seriously considering trying this!

TexasGrunt, Thank you for sharing. Out of curiosity have you or has anyone else reading the post tried any of the Rosey's powder with a sprayer? Their pricing seems very reasonable.

    I tumble coat.

I have not sprayed Rosey's powder on bullets but have done it on fishing lures. Works like a champ.

Hopefully my NOE sizing die will arrive today and I can size, load and shoot.

I was accepted into the Terrell Rifle and Pistol club last night. Orientation is tomorrow. I've got a lot of pent up shooting to do. Several rifles that I need to sight in, and tons of .45 acp ammo I need to unload.

Those are truly beautiful bullets but I guess that is the problem with me, I'm so used to seeing lead that I don't think I could change to a different method of lubing. I guess I'm just prejudiced.

Smokes clear powder is awsome stuff. Looks white going on, so easy to see coverage, and without pigment it flows extremely smooth when baked. Noticibly easier to size than the other half dozen colors I have and look so much like bare lead , I have to scratch them with a nail (the pc won't scratch easily) to tell which are tumble lubed or coated.

    Well, great.

After seeing the clear gloss PC, I'm gonna have to get started.

Y'all are really bad influences, you know that, right?

Very nicely done, TexasGrunt, and grats on the club membership.

@HighVelocity that "Blue Streak" is beautiful. Where did you get it?
