Is there a way to verify powder volatility?

I bought 3 lbs of H110 off a guy a month ago. Bought it cheap, knowing that this was older powder, and I'll only use for target rounds. But then I got thinking, is there any way to check the volatility of this powder before I start charging cases?

Thanks Maven! I hadn't seen that sub forum last night, and have now posted it over there.
