Yeah, details..I wired my gun room and didn't get zapped, at least that time I didn't. I only need a little heat in the dead of winter when my gun room is 65 degs.

Learn and live, if you live long enough you'll learn, hopefully.

    So here are the details......
1/8 × 3"×6" aluminum for the base dissipates heat really well got a 110v 70w heater off the innerweb $5.00 shipped, made some thin sheet metal strips to hold heater firmly to base with rivits. Bought a dimmer switch for $7.00 wired it to the heater and a cord off an old lamp mounted the dimmer switch in an old outlet box I had attached all of it including the lube sizer to a chunk of inch and an 1/8 plywood.
At first I used no dimmer switch got way to got about 150° did not expect that yeah the base of the sizer got that got. With the dimmer off to 150° turned it on about 1/4 80° and maintained for 2 hrs so I think I'm good.

I've not started casting or lube sizing yet, this weekend will be my first cast and lube size. So on the bench the heater works perfect totally adjustable so we will see and will report back.
