Recordkeeping: I need help finding this link, . . .

A couple years ago, I came across a print-out-able cast boolit reloading record keeping sheet. I really liked it, but have lost any links to it. I am about to embark on a new phase of Upgraded Record Keeping. I have Googled, searched Goatlips, Castpics and Casting Fellows. It was on a site like that, where I came across it. It may have been part of an article that was titled, "Why I Don't Shoot Next to Earl No More," or something very similar. If anyone has a link to it on their puter, I would be extremely grateful if you would post it here. It may have been written by Beagle.
    I'll owe you big!
    Thanks,
    Jeff
Before you criticize another man, you should walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you'll be a mile away from him, . . . and you'll have his shoes.

I keep nothing that does not shoot. Why record scuds?

So you don't generate the same scuds a few years from then.

I remember failures. I record only what works.

I'm not gifted with a "perfect memory", so I record every load I assemble. Part of the fun. If I didn't experiment with loads, record and compare the results, reloading would be much, much less interesting/fun...

I have found that just because something doesn't work, doesn't mean it doesn't work in another gun.

Every friend with the same calibers uses my loads, only one I failed with was the .44 lever gun. A real cuss-a-matic.
I never record poor shooters and toss the targets too. Even if I have 20 boolits for a gun, I have one load for each.
If I have more then one page in my little notebook, I have a lot of boolits.
