    Mystery tool

Hello all. I am attaching a photo of a plier like tool that came with my old 450 Lyman lubrisizer. I was wondering if any of you might be able to tell me what the tool is for. I thought maybe to test lead hardness? Thanks in advance.

It is a tool to pull boolets with a press. You run the cartridge up all the way, clamp on the boolet and lower the case and the boolet stays in the tool.
