Ground hog with another members rifle

Please forgive me , but I used a jacketed bullet .

Last week I sold a rifle to another member .. he is picking it up Friday .
Today after work I decided to get the iron sights mounted back up or him and no sooner had I finished then what do I see .... a little Ground hog in the back yard .

I couldn't resist the temptation. .. after all checking the sights would only be the right thing to do .
So .. I popped him . 50 yards or so

Forgive me for I am weak and can't resist temptation.
