    Oddball 45 ACP head stamp?

Today at the range I found some black 45 ACP cases. Very shiny/smooth but stained uniformly black. And they have a head stamp I can't read. Looks like a foreign language. I scanned it and then scratched off the black and scanned again. They are not magnetic and feel heavier than aluminum. Does anyone recognize it?

Browning ammo. black nickel. Have seen them in 9mm as well. Think they are from Browning's personal defense loads.

Exactly what I was going to say. That looks like a Browning logo, and I've seen boxes of Browning brand ammo. I've never seen the ammo out of the box.

I might be guessing here but I thought I saw something similar to this that came out of the Middle East, brought in by a veteran.

Of course I may be full of scrambled eggs and fresh tomatoes...I just had breakfast...

Browning logo. Made for a good chuckle as I can see how it could be mistaken.

Arabic ALWAYS looks sideways to me, even when it's right-side upperds, or DOWN-side upperds....

If referring to the one on the right, typical Glock FP strike.

So is Browning making their own ammo?
    Just curious.

The firing pin strike and faint, rectangular obtrusion make me think this was fired in a Glock? The rectangular mark was obscured when I scraped the head trying to make the headstamp more visible.

Neet, haven't seen any in my LGS, but I usually just buy primers and powder. Also 22LR if any is advavlable at a fair price.
