    It's just like pixel graphics... It's all a matter of the relative size of the pixels as related to your distance from the object.

    In the following 5 red&white boxes, the ratio of white to red is the same.



    If you had a whole screen full of the one on the right and you back away far enough, it would look the same as the one on the left that you see while sitting at your screen right now.

    Don't know if it will help anyone with mixing colors, but I create a web page that displays tables of colors using both the RBG (additive) and CYMK (subtractive) color mixing methods.

    What it tells me so far is that with just HF red, yellow, white, and black, my color choices are going to be somewhat limited... Oh well, at least I have OD Green...
