Enjoy your time with your dad. I surely wish I had spent more time with mine before he passed. We just never know.

Those are the best times. I was the same way with my dad. Keeps those times going. My dad past a few years ago and I have zero regrets.

My dad has been since 1987 but I cannot remember any bad times, rejoice and thank God for the times you have had.
Are my kids/grandkids more important than "o"'s kids, to me they are, darn tooting they are!!! They deserve the same armed protection afforded "o"'s kids.
I have been hoodwinked but not by"o"

I only went deer hunting with my dad 3-4 times aand I doubt he will go again, even though he is retired and has the time.
everything I know about them I learned the hard way.

I did get him out duck hunting for a few years, but he wasn't gonna go in the hard [long] way or hunt them in the bad storms which is what most of my blinds were set up for.
hunting public land successfully takes some extra work.

Have fun! It is the memories that count, not the deer(or fish in my dad's case! As he got older he like to fish but not catch and clean!)
