Does anyone have first-hand experience with the savage lady Hunter?
My wife is in the market for a new rifle and I am curious about the fit of this lady specifically geometry. We are unable to find one locally to test the fit, and she's 5'3".

It will be perfect. I had bought one for a
lady friend in 243 and she was 5'3" and 115#. Fit her pefectly
and was quite accurate.
Weatherby(Howa) has one too. Both companies are smart for doing this as women are the fastest growing demographic in the hunting & shooting sports. And their bodies are built different(thank God). It's about time! Best, Thomas.
I too think it is a good choice. My wife loves hers in 6.5 Creedmor. It is very accurate and smooth as well.
Thanks for the comments.... this has now moved to the shortlist, and now the Weatherby Camilla has to be reviewed.
Thanks again!
I nearly bought one off the clearance rack for me last year. I kinda like a short length of pull. Kinda sad I didn't.
It's only hubris if I'm wrong.
