For those of you who make your own bullet lube, what method do you use to put the lube in a cylindrical shape with a center hole in order to fit into an RCBS Lubrisizer?
Thanks for your help...

A Counter Sunk Board - Hole Drilled in Middle of Countersink - Bolt and Fender Washer Up Through Hole - either Preformed Quarter Coin Wrappers or PVC Rested in Counter Sink
Pour liquid lube into wrappers or PVC - Let Cool - Knock out bolt
For Wrappers - Done
For PVC - Push out lube and wrap in wax paper

I just heat the lube until liquid and pour it into the lubsizer. The other alternative is to "shave" the block of lube and push the strips into the chamber. This will work IF you don't need to lube a LOT of bullets in a hurry.
I made a mold with four pieces of pvc in countersunk holes, drilled holes in the center of the countersunk holes and glued dowels in. It was kinda messy when I pored the lube mixture in, as some of my pvc wasn't exactly cut square. I let it cool for about two days and when I went to retrieve my sticks, the pvc came off without any trouble, and I just grabbed the lube, which slid off of the dowels nicely.
If I remember right, someone on this forum long ago had posted the plans to make the mold...

Did I ever mention that I hate to trim brass?
Microwave ovens have melted every lube I've tried microwave ovens on. I have a dedicated cup for NRA 50/50 lube. It does snap and pop some, so in addition to not doing it when SWMBO is home, put some roller towel over the cup.
Don't pour the chamber too full.

Made my moulds out of 1" Copper with a cap that fits over the end, the cap I drilled a hole in the center and inserted a piece of 3/8" copper pipe and soldered it to the cap.
Turned a stick pn the lathe that fits inside the 1".
Once lube has cooled twist cap which breaks the 3/8's loose and pull it out of the lube then take the stick and push lube stick out of mould.

Be nice if it was better, but it could be worse
