Actually, I think you are going to have to mix it yourself. Can you post Pics, maybe smoke could put something together.

Back in the day plasterers used horse hair to bind the mix maybe cat hair would improve the adhesive qualities of powder coat.

I think the answer to the whole thing is right there.

Take 3 cats, tie them together at the tail, and proceed as otherwise planned.

there is no way 1 cat would possibly generate enough static ions for this to work.
now if you had 3 cats they would keep each other going and have enough leftover static to get the job done properly.
2 cats might be enough but they would get bored with each other in a short while and start ignoring each other.

Don't tie the tails together, PETA will get your guns taken away. Cat hair in the PC will clog the sizer die. R5R - how did you get them in the dryer? Years ago I told my sec. to use the vacuum on her cats to remove the loose hair but that didn't work well for her.
    Whatever!

Don't be concerned with any small draw backs. It's common for things to not go absolutely right at first on any new endeavor!
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

As child, the family down the road kept us awake one Summer with fighting and hollering. Next night someone tied 2 cats tails and threw them over their clothes line.
Such a racket you've never heard. The next morning there was a sign under the clothes line that warned. If it ain't quiet from now on, your next.
    It worked.

well Popper as chance would have it.
we have new neighbors, those neighbors have kids. [I'm not sure how many but about 6 or so]
the boy's range from 5 up to about 12[ish]
getting cats in dryers seems to be a hobby of theirs, and would explain why their cat thinks my apple tree is it's private club house.

Thanks for your great boolit powder coating suggestion. This past weekend we decided to give it a try. Into the dryer we first threw in some of our favorite Smoke's powders. Next was a couple handfuls of .45 cal 230 RNs. Then, and here's where we deviated a little, in went a scoop of Purina Cat Chow because Fluffy loves the stuff. Finally, in went Fluffy. Cyndi powered up the ol' Maytag for fifteen minutes. Wow! Were we surprised when we shut it down and opened the door. Fluffy came flying out and there was hair all over the place. We managed to separate the boolits from the tufts and bake 'em as usual. They came out pretty good... a little calicoed, though. And Fluffy!? Well, Fluffy isn't so fluffy anymore and refuses to go anywhere near the dryer.

    Fluffy loves the stuff.

There are so many calibers and bullet designs because there are so many different targets... the target is everything.

Try the same method with a kitten. You will only be able to do 4-5 boolits at a time, and the process will be the same as with a grown cat. Eventually, the kitten will think this is normal and become used to it, causing less and less problems. As the kitten grows, increase your boolit count. Feed the cat well and you should be able to knock out coating a casting session in 2-3 batches.

    Happy to help.

I've got a dryer and my wife has 6 barn cats. I can't wait until the next time my wife goes on vacation in Florida.
