    Thread size for die removal tool

    I boogered up the threads on the 'long' threaded rod, and want to get a thread chaser to clean them up, what is the size and tpi?

    Heh!! This be like a trick question, no brand name, (RCBS, Lyman,.....) which die, (seating, decapping.....) Ambiguous, vague, lacking essential details, but hey, somebody knows the answer.

    OOps, sorry it is the die removal tool for my Star Lube sizer.

    And since it was asked in the star equipment corner, you would think it pertained to the star lube sizer dies removal rod.

    1/4-20 I believe. Just see if a bolt that size will go into the insert.
