My first batch of "Glen's Black"

50/50 beeswax and high pressure moly grease. Pretty easy. Let's see how well it works.

I got the ingredients but have been unlucky in finding a 2 qt aluminum pitcher to keep it in. I plan on mixing and storing in the pitcher and just heating when I need more lube in the sizer.

just cut the lube in strips and remove from the flat pan and use the strips in your sizer.
I have stars so I cut the strips into about 3/4" X 3/4' X 4" pieces and just drop them in like a stick of lube and let the air ram push the excess air out the bleed hole.
if I had the one sizers that needed the hollow sticks I'd cut the strips more like 1/2" X 3/4" and wind them in.

use a welding rod container as a stick mold, ready to go. they have vinyl caps so they will not leak, I would put the tube mostly submerged in a vase or other tall container of water in case you get the lube to hot and it tries to melt the tube, that is if it wasn't submerged. Travis, PS should make 3 4" sticks I think
