    savage 720 barrel A5 ??

    ?? will a browning a5 barrel attach to the savage copy of the A5 720 745 755

    NO, tolerances are different. Had a customer try this, split the receiver....

    I've never tried it, but from visual inspection the A-5 has a different bolt and extractors. If you look, you can find a barrel for a 720, the Rem 11 will work also.
