    XL33 powder? Anyone heard of it or used it?

    Got it many years ago from a now deceased Blackwatch veteran.

    Is/was there such a powder available?
    I've check with the former Canadian supplier, Higginson Powders, for the Ammomart products and he does not have it in his father's records.
    Anyone have any ideas? Be a same to use it as fertilizer.
