This has been a real challenging summer and fall, I strained my shoulder/neck never took any time off of work, it just took longer to heal and suffered more, but I didn't spend a nickle on the doctor so I have actually suffered less. Also my shoulder / neck is healing, I don't see/feel any permanent damage.

I think my deductible went up to about a million bucks this year. Oh yeah, they would have taken about 10 Xrays and about 10 different appointments and my bill would have been big bucks

I will be doing a lot more beeswax soon as I get caught up, sorry for the delay.

sorry to hear that randyrat, I have suffered from neck and back pain since I was about 12-13 , and I am about to turn 30! got to the point it was everything I could do to walk, and it was real hard working, even though I was a cook, not like a construction worker or anything. anyways about 1 1/2 yrs ago I found a phs. therapist, and it changed my life, I am about 80-90% better, depending on the day, or if I do anything stupid,lol. so I know your pain. hope you get batter!
