    For our 1911 aficionados

Don't know if this has been posted, but pretty cool animated video and might consider it for a sticky.

    Oh, yeah!
I don't paint bullets. I like Black Rifle Coffee. Sacred cows are always fair game. California is to the United States what Syria is to Russia and North Korea is to China/South Korea/Japan--a Hermit Kingdom detached from the real world and led by delusional maniacs, an economic and social basket case sustained by "foreign" aid so as to not lose military bases.

I fell in love with the old slab sides over 50 years ago when as a kid of 17 I went into the army. Today, under my pillow rests a 1943 vintage Remington Rand 1911A1, if the need should ever arise, (pray never) I know it won't fail me.

That was neat. It makes it all look so easy. Animation was good, too bad it didn't show the disconnector pushing the trigger bar down. Other than that looked flawless
P.S. not bitchin just an observation.

    here is what comes up

This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by WMG.

looks like someone did feel a bit of pride in their workmanship.
