I have the same problems here in the UK ,finding someone who will supply is hard enough then the post is a killer but a rifle is just a club if it isn't working.

One problem is our illustrious government won't allow us to send firearms related stuff out of the country. One site I go to is hard US populated and 90 percent of the rest are Canadian. That extractor would be I believe a big no no. IIRC, it was part of the Patriot Act.

Were it me, I would see about having the broken extractor welded, finished with a hand file, polished and tempered. Surely you have access to a person in Holland that has the knowledge and equipment to do the work. Can you take a part like that next door to Belgium? If so, there is a shooter in Belgium that has a shop in his basement, that might help or know someone that would help you. His name is Paul and he hangs around at www.handloadersbench.com. Paul B I am sure you know whom I am talking about.

If someone tells you they do not have a rod of the right steel, tell them to use clothes hangar steel, sand off the varnish, grind to a fine point, then use argon gas. It does in a pinch for US gun steel and blues to the same color.
