Look at Buffalo Arms and you will see the base on the same mould.
hollow based, patch to groove.
looks like a good hunting bullet.

Looked at it on the BACO site. Their's is .451" diameter while Midway claims .454".

I suppose he meant 'masking tape' ... and using it makes it unnecessary to learn how to spell 'confetti'.
