    Cool June-July 2016 Photo Submission Topic: "Open" ...and the winner will get a prize.

    June-July 2016 Photo topic: OPEN ...must be cast boolit related
    =====================
    SteveM wins with 7 votes total

    ================
    First, there will be a Vote thread in the first week of August and the winner will be chosen by the castboolits members(with a join date before 6-1-16), who choose to vote.

    Second, there will be a prize...the prize will be your choice of one alloy (approximately $20 retail value) (...that value/weight will be decided by me, as it's from my own stash, but it will fit in a SFRB): COWW, 94-3-3, ingotized Linotype, Near Pure(plumber's lead), ingotized Monotype(from small blocks), Large letter block monotype/foundrytype in the raw, ingotized solder 60/40, Solder 98% Tin(boolit sized ingots), ingotized pure Tin(from vintage refrig tubing), and lastly I have some 10:1 (Lead/Tin).
    Alternate prize if you don't need or want any alloy, is a brass belt buckle of a Colt double action revolver.

    OK, with that out of the way, The submission category is OPEN, but must be castboolit related. meaning I want to see some cast boolits, they can be all alone, or with a boolit mold or with a boolit lube setup or with a boolit PC setup or with a boolit sizing setup or ammo with boolits or with any other cast boolit specific equipment/tools.

    Deadline for submissions is July 31 2016 Midnight CDT.

    A reminder, please submit/post only one photo. If you post more than one photo in a post, the post will be deleted. A collage, even if it's in one file, is more than one Photo. If you post more than one post in this thread, all your posts in this thread will be deleted. If I delete your post/s, you are not disqualified, you can just post a new post. If you haven't seen the rules thread, now would be a good time to read them.

    I'm gonna have to be more strict with this contest, for fairness reasons, since a prize is involved.

    Lastly, since there is a prize, I don't want to have people make new accounts/user profiles to skirt the one submission rule, SO this is only open to User accounts that were started before June 1 2016. Same goes for the voting thread. Sorry to any New members that have joined in June or July...

    500 grain bullets cast from the Accurate Mold 46-480B for the Sharps .45-70 BPCR These are atop 65gr GOEX FFG "Holy Black" powder. What a thrill.

    Any problem can be solved with the correct application of explosives.

    I've never put in a submission for the monthly contest but this photo turned out cool. There's about a thousand bullets in this tub.
