I'm running that bullet in my 356 Win leveraction. It sure does shoot nice!

    Signed up!

Continuing the thread hijack, n10sivern have you considered the 360-280-RN? I bought one in RG4 (HP) and milled off the gas check shank to make it PB and about 20 grains lighter, for subsonic and full steam 358 win loads. I'm also thinking about getting a set of blank pins to make a wider HP for the subsonic loads.

    Regards,

    gs

I apologize for the thread hijack. As for the 280, I have not considered it but thanks. Now I will.

Hijack away! This mould is already being run now. In truth all his moulds are top notch!

Have y'all loaded the 358 win subsonic? Should I just start with 10gr of unique and load down from there?

n10sivern, that's a popular place to start. This thread might help, if you haven't already found it in your searches:

I will upload the new drawing in the group buy once I get them from Al. I might need to get an RG4 with the new pins for myself now... ha ha.

Will this bullet work well in PMAGs?

Swede was worried about the new wider hp pins making it too thin at the tip of the bullet, so he is going to include both sets of pins at no additional charge. That way, it should be a win-win for everyone. If you like the older style pins, you will have them--and if you wanted the newer wider ones, you will have those too.

And in response to aaholland, I use this bullet with pmags in my sbr and it has fed fine in my gun, but every gun is different.

That's awesome. These can't get made fast enough. I have 2000 cases waiting to be loaded and 900 pounds of lead waiting to be cast

Just curious, what would be a realistic ETA for these? I know NOE isn't know for being the fastest making molds.

The larger pins are no problem. Working on a load for it right now. Well, 2 loads. My SBR that is 8.5" takes a different load than the 16" does to keep it subsonic.
