!6GA Harters AKA: 16 ga. Herters

So before I started reloading I bought two flats of the Herter's 16Ga shells that are made in Italy (By Cheddite I believe) and now that I can load my own I was wondering if anyone hand any experience with these 16GA hulls and or could get me started in the right direction to go with them.

    cheddite are Winchester primers.
they are however a straight walled hull and usually do better with those types of wads.

many of the over seas primers are larger in diameter.
fiocchi or RIO are those little bit bigger ones you can buy locally.
I keep them on hand so that I can wring those last 2-3 loads from my worn down AA's and such.

For some published and tested data, Ballistic Products Inc has a dedicated 16 ga. manual. http://www.ballisticproducts.com/Rel...s/products/16/
