Anybody know if we get tracking #s when they are shipped? Or will it just be a surprise delivery? I can't remember how this works.
    Thanks!

Jayhawk, I don't believe you will get a tracking number on my last group buy from MiHec I didn't receive a tracking number. He ships quickly last time I had mine in nine days.

I contacted MiHec due to not getting a confirmation email from paypal. He responded everything was good to go and he already shipped them. That was 5 days ago now.

I got so depressed about not finding a new mold in my mailbox that I went out and bought a new pistol today.

Got mine on tuesday. Had to let it get it acuainted in my lead mine for two days before i started casting and with the right temperature (HOT) it casts like a dream. Mighty fine work as always Miha!

PayPal payment sent for 4-cav brass plain base, with lube groove, all pins. Sorry for the delay, was on vacation, then a slight delay funding my PayPal account. This will be my 3rd brass Mihec mould, and I expect it will be as much a joy to cast with as the other two. Thanks for doing this Miha!

Hi Newcaster... ya...dang the luck.... since the head is gone, the body should be floating in there...looks like you might grab it with needle nose pliers...I'd also try turning it with a pencil eraser... I also might try a center punch and a left turn drill bit... I've walked stuff out before... You might even just use it.... all my pins seem to get loose and fall out ....

    Good luck!

Arrived in Michigan today. What a beauty.

All assembled and cleaned. I'm hoping to try it out tomorrow.

First cast was difficult for me as I have only cast with AL molds.Click image for larger version.

And I now really believe you have to keep the mold running hot. I was trying to empty my pot so I grabbed my Lee TL452-200-SWC to finish. After switching molds my wrist thought I was using a toy. The weight difference is really noticable.
They are drying now waiting for PC.
Looking forward to loading and shooting.

when I got mine up to temp and just poured 1 cav then stopped moved it to the other cav and poured without connecting the spur it seemed to fill out completely rather then going from 1 cav to the other without stopping the lead flow just what I noticed
