Did it to myself again on an online auction yesterday. I bought my 3rd Maynard in the past 2 months. This one is an 1873 Model No. 10 Mid Range Hunting and Target in .40-60 Maynard thick rim with a 32" barrel.
I may have passed my "Best Before" date, but I haven't reached my "Expiry" date!

My newest latest is a recently rereleased CZ 527 Varmint in 222 REM but it looks as if that may be eclipsed in a few days by a circa 1900 Parker VH 12 gauge #2 frame with 32" barrels . With a bit of work that "could" become my Sporting Clays Gun !

Oh ... and I'm monitoring a live online auction right now and just bought a 99 Savage 20" take-down carbine in .22 High Power with a tang sight! (I knew that I kept that set of dies and brass for a reason ...)

I just picked up a Rem. 788 chambered in .308 ,this gun shoots way better than I can. Just another in the 788 collection , that doesn't disappoint. Have yet to find a 788 that doesn't shoot great.- Caster

I picked up a new stainless Howa Mini Ultralight in .223 last week and chucked a VXII 2-7x33 on it, next I'm looking for a suppressor for it.
Pretty nice and smooth action, but that stock is something horrendous.
I'll be taking the rasps and files to it to slim it down some

Remington 7600 carbine 35 whelen. I was part of a special run Grice's gun started the end of last year and apparently they were so in demand Grice's are on their third or fourth run of them. I wanted a 22" version but they only are being ran in carbines and I Couldn't pass it up for $619! Just finished Removing the plastic stock and replaced it with an original grey factory laminate set. I mounted a Nikon 2.5x10, 40 mm prostaff 5 on it with a low DNZ mount. I also lightened the trigger to 2 lbs as well. Just need to figure what sling mounts I want for it now. It's sitting next to my old faithful 1984 06'. I have a grey laminate 35 carbine twin I bought for my dad back in 2006' as well. We will both match now.
