Dan Wesson 15-2 357 mag made back in the mid 70's - was and still is in pristine condition - not sure it had ever been fired.

The last gun I bought was a ruger 77 in 243 for my son's first deer rifle. The last gun I bought for me was a ruger super blackhawk in 480 that I will take black bear hunting this fall.

I went to an auction Sat. And bought 2 shotguns.
    1) an 1897 Winchester 12 gauge take down needs new wood.
    2) an old Wards 20 gauge pump gun.
    Paid $195 for both.
    Any leads on wood?

Try Numrich/GPC for the '97 wood. You did great. My old 97 was made in 1909 and still works like a well greased hay baler! Mine was cut down to remove barrel bulges over the years so it's a riot gun now.

Saiga Sporter in 762. I plan on leaving it sporterized as I live in CA. Putting a pistol grip on this makes it all “assaulty” and what not

EMR- that rifle points and balances better than a pistol grip AK-47 so the joke is on Sacramento I think LOL.
Reverend Al, I would have snagged that one also although I've always wanted the Jetfire .25 instead.
