20.00 bought me a 12ga h&r excell auto. Guy had some guns he wanted me to work on. We started talking about auto 12s particularly the auto 5s and browning gold 10s he offered to sell this one so i took it thinking it was just a too cheap to pass it up but it cycles and functions perfect needs a oring but seems to not care either way. Wacked off to 20 and shortened lop and gave it to my mom for when. People from the nearby trailer park come snooping again. 44mag is just a little much for home defence.

i bought a 93 Spanish mauser(1929) in 7x57 that was sporterized. i paid $100 for it and for now it will go into my safe and i'll dream about making it a 257 bob. the serial numbers match on the action and the barrel, but everything else is a mismatch. the barrel is worn, but i have to clean it. the trigger is mush till you break it, its 7 or 8 lbs(i don't have trigger pull gauge). it has a rear and front sight and the wood is "passable" for its age. i have some 139gr sst, maybe i'll load a few and take her out.

Busy last 6 weeks for me. Purchased a BFR in 480, 6.5 inch barrel. Also bought one in 500 JRH, 5.5 inch barrel. Also added a CZ 75 in 9mm, Sig 220R and finally a CZ P-09.
Decided to add a couple of DA semi's and also decided to get back into hunting with a revolver.

Today I almost bought a rifle at Cabela's. All the paper work completed, background check approved, customer very willing to pony up the selling price till they found that they had messed up entering it in their computerized bound book and there was no one in the building that could fix the problem. So, they still have the rifle and I still have my money, but I left with my name on the rifle if they somehow manage to get their act together I will have a nice eyecandy picture to post here.

Eye candy. Springfield M1A, 3rd gen steel scope mount, 3rd gen Springfield 4-14 Illuminated reticial scope, super match barrel and bedded action. This should keep the Bolsheviks a way.

Found a pistol to go with my lend/lease Savage Enfield. A S&W (pre) Victory. Loaded a few of those boolits over 2.5g of HP38. Soft shooter compared to my .38 snub and GP100. Sort of like having the S/L/LR versions of the .38's lol!

Used my C&R to buy a Tokarev for my political science/history college professor son from Empire Arms. Vendor described it as "Excellent Plus" condition. Based on other arms I have purchased from him, the description is spot on.

Just picked up a Ruger LCP Custom today off Armslist to replace the one I gave to the wife. Looked like it had never been cleaned. Much better after a scrubbing.

Picked up a Browning XBolt Stalker LR in 30-06 for.... $419+ tax from Cabelas.

A 2018 shot show special they still had a couple of, ran a short sale on and I snagged it. Can't wait to get it to the range.

And Browning is running a $50 rebate on centerfire rifles right now!

    I custom ordered a Wilson Combat 45.
Made exactly as I wanted. It wasn't cheap, but it's the best 45 I have.
