S&W Shield 9mm. I'm notoriously cheap and @ $329 with 2 mags and a rebate offer for 2 more mags and 2 boxes of ammo, I had to have it. Have not seen the extra mags/ammo yet though. BTW, so far it wont shoot as accurately as my Kel-Tec PF9!

IT AINT what ya shoot--its how ya shoot it. NONE of us are as smart as ALL of us!
Picked up a Browning Hi-Power dated 1972. Seller said it was his grandfathers. I’ve never inherited anything from my grandparents before they passed away, but I’d be hard pressed to sell anything if I ever did.
What is it? Looks like a Weirauch.

What you guys would call a Kleinguenther or K22.
Just a plain old Mauser 201 over here.
It took me a while to find one in as new condition.
That Mauser 201 is just as sweet by any other name. By all means put a steel scope on it- even a Weaver would look right.

Picked up my first Winchester Model 70 in .30-06, 1939, with a Weaver K4 60-B. Bought from a gentleman in New Mexico. It was his fathers for all his years and was left to him. In my many discussions with this gentleman I tried to persuade him not to sell the rifle but keep it for all its family and historic value. In the end he decided to part with it and I purchased it.
Not a pristine safe queen but a used hunting rifle with tales that I will never know. A real part of New Mexico's and America's firearms history. Did I say I really like these old guns!

Ruger American Predator in 308. Dick's/Field & Stream couldn't order any of the CZ or Bergara rifles that I really wanted. I need the Ruger like I need a hole in my head. I should have put the money towards a Ravin crossbow. Never been so disappointed when winning a gun.
Brand new never fired .45 colt barrel for H&R Handi rifle.
Turns out it locked up sweet and solid on my .300BO frame.
Had the scope rail so I dropped a Truglo 2x Red Dot onto it.
Then it was dig deep, buy brass, dies, and aLee 6 cavity 230 gr .452 TC with a nice large meplat.
Will be putting the first rounds together this afternoon. Cases are primed and ready.
First 70 boolits are culled, lubed with 3 light coats of BLL and are ready for loading.
Load is most likely to be 6 grains of Red Dot.
Beretta 81, no suffix, cheeta in .32 acp. Had been listed for several weeks on gun broker for $499.95. When price finally started dropping I PMed the seller offering $400.00. Return message $425.00 paid for item. He re listed for $425.00 and I bid that. Somebody decided to drive the price up by bidding against me. They stopped at $458.00. The seller in closing the deal told me :to pay the original $425.00 + shipping. It matches my model 84B in profile and feel. Very comfortable in my hand.
I just took delivery of a Kimber special order 1911, in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of my first fighter unit, the Lone Star Gunfighters of the 182nd Tactical Fighter Squadron (or so it was called when I was there; it's an F-16 training unit now) at the old Kelly Field in San Antonio.
The slide is marked with my name and the unit handle, and both stocks have laser unit insignia. Darn thing is tight as a hand fit gun, no play in lockup at all, and a pretty good trigger. Think I'll send the barrel to DougGuy for his CB throating job.
I have to say I did not buy this one but my son did for my birthday present it is a SW MP15 sport 2 and I can not tell you how speechless I was on Oct. the 20 when I got it D Crockett
Bought in March, and posted then, but my Tennessee Valley Muzzleloaders Southern Poor Boy Flintlock will be delivered Friday. Look for pics in a thread in Muzzleloading.
