Just lucked into another Marlin Ballard in .32 Long (rimfire / centrefire with a reversible firing pin) and a Stevens Model 44 in .32-40 WCF. Scruffy bores that cleaned up not too badly, but not perfect either. Got a good price on both so can't complain. A range session will prove if they will still shoot OK or not ...

I bought a Stoeger M3000S with the 30 inch barrel and factory porting. I wanted to try something different on the trap range and really like it. I bought it on Sept. 11 last year and no, the date was NOT a coincidence......

    New to me...Finn M39

I used to have a Finn M39 many years ago and for some wild *** reason, I sold or traded it. After many remorseful years, I found another one in even better condition. It’s a VKT D barrel in excellent condition with the armory inventory tag.

You sure come up with some fantastic guns way over there. Nice find. I rarely see any single shots showing up here. Other people scarf them up before I can.

Stay in the game long enough, always carry a $50 deposit in your pocket, they will come.

Latest one is a S&W M&P 2.0 in 9mm. First striker fired pistol for me. can swap the mag release from left to right, 4 interchangable back straps, small, medium, medium - large, and large. And a grip texture on the grip that gives you a good surface to really hang on to. Bravo company torsion holster IWB holster first holster like this for me. Frank

An absolute and underappreciated classic rifle right there.

Bought a old S&W top break revolver in 32 S&W because it was cheap and will probably trade or sell it after I play with it a bit. I could part it out and make a good profit but I wount do that, I ordered a new V shaped trigger spring for it from Numrich because the trigger wouldn't reset after firing and found the broken spring when I pulled the trigger guard off. It's a 4 th model that is pre 1898 and overall in decent shape.

Just purchased a AR7 .22 survival rifle made by Henry Arms. Before that was a S&W 10-5.

CZ Skorpian Evo 3 9MM Carbine. It should arrive this week. Following the purchase I then ordered enough after market parts from the US to ensure the US has a healthy trade balance with Canada for at least this year. LOL. These toys of our can get expensive. I'll post a picture once it arrives.

    Take Care

Its been months since I bought the book, "How to scam people online". It still has not arrived yet!

Picked up a used DPMS Panther with a fixed carry handle upper and a Magpul fore end with case, sling, and mag for $430 with tax. It was never shot and still had the tags buried in the case from new. Im happy with PSA and DPMS for plinking.

I found this on Saturday at a little gunshop in Story City, Iowa.
BR-50 setup with a Winchester 52 stock, Shilen barrel, Tasco 6-18 scope all on a Norinco action.
I have been in and out of this shop for many years, the owner is now 77 and still going. The rifle belonged to a close friend and machinist who is now in a care center. We are getting older too fast it seems.

I don't know if he ever shot the rifle in competition, but if and when it stops snowing I am going to find out how it shoots.

I stop at a local gun shop at least once a week as they buy used guns from estates and most are priced well.
I stopped yesterday morning and seen this Universal Carbine second generation about 1 hour after they set it out. I have no use for it , not really fond of M1 carbines , and need another gun like a hole in the head but this it is virtually unfired condition and got it for less than I can buy a used Hi Point carbine so the wallet just jumped out of my pocket. This was just 1 hour after talking to Cabelas and having them send a gun I found online to my local Bass Pro for me to buy if it is what I want when I see it in hand.
    So much for my downsizing.
