    Chrony F-1 chronograph?

    Those who have experience or first-hand knowledge pertaining to the Chrony F-1 chronograph, please describe it to me. I am particularly interested in:

    - Its generally accepted accuracy at measuring velocities under 2000 fps;

    - Ease of using its screens, their durability, and cost of replacement (if necessary);

    - Generally accepted overall reliability in terms of sunny, cloudy, and overcast skies.

    Mine is consistent, accurate, and easy to use. I have no trouble with the screens and they are not needed on overcast days. Screens are not expensive to replace if you HAVE to. Milk jugs can be cut to make new ones so you don't have to buy them. Can you tell I like mine?

    While voting is still being tabulated, exit poll shows the Chrony F-1 endorsement to be unanimous.

    Happy with my Chrony - my friend has a magneto speed - it pretty much gives the same results (well except to his wallet). If I win the lottery I'd like to try one of the labradar doppler units.
