    CS rocks

    I contacted LYMAN CS with a problem concerning my universal trimmer and mil 5.56 brass. By return email I was informed that new parts were being sent without charge. This is for a 30 yr. old piece of equipment.
    Try looking for that level of service on the new $30K auto you just bought.

    Have ordered amag 25 from Lyman and reply or email from them,so I do not think high of their Cs so far.

    I'm truly happy that your experience with Lyman CS was good. My experiences with them unfortunately weren't the same as yours. In fact, I will never buy anything from them ever again.

    I too had read of others dissatisfaction and was pleasantly surprised. Could be an improvement, or maybe I was just lucky, but I usually couldn't win a rain drop in a hurricane.
    Their reply answered my questions and stated the necessary parts were being shipped free. You just can't improve on that.
    I've expected this level of service from others and was happy with Lyman CS as well.
    We in the shooting and loading fraternity are indeed lucky. What other industry offers customers this level of service?
    I believe in giving 'Attaboys' when deserved.
