Glad you recognize a TV tray is not a bench.
But I can visualize thousands of Loadmasters mounted on TV trays, card tables, folding tables and the like. Then you can read about how a Loadmaster don't work from the clueless owner all over the web!
I've had a Reloader press for 20 years; mine kicks the primers on the bench (a real bench) and maybe a couple actually get into the slot and into the base.
Is there some trick involved, like where you place your tongue in your mouth, to get them in the slot? I never had any reason to come up with a collection deal because the primers were just lying on the bench.
I found a small plastic funnel the fit in the base and a piece of hose on it then drilled a hole and ran the hose to a jug under the bench. Works good and lasts well
