The only source I know of is Numrich Arms, but they're apparently currently sold out.
You could try Poppert's obsolete parts, but their website won't display Model 1910 parts, instead asking that they be contacted with any parts inquiries.

Wolff makes them for the 1907, don't know if those would work or not. Might be worth giving them a call to see if they have any suggestions.

I bought springs for the .35 and .351 WSLs from Wolff, but I'm pretty sure they don't make them for the .401. I think the .401 springs have a few more coils than the .351s. But I will give them a call.

Since you already have a .35cal spring, I would opine that it could be used as a temporary solution in the .401 via installing a washer between one end of the spring and that end's keeper/limit.
